Wenn mich jemand beleidigt, ….

 a) frage ich ihn erstmal, was er sich dabei gedacht hat.
 b) merke ich mir das gut und nehme mir vor, ihm das bei nächster Gelegenheit heimzuzahlen.
 c) frage ich mich, was ich vielleicht falsch gemacht habe.
 d) sage ich ihm sehr deutlich, dass mich das kränkt.
